Delete your account
You can delete your Weiter so! account and all of its data at any time — in the app, or by writing to us if you no longer have it.
In the app
- Open Weiter so! and sign in.
- Go to Account → Settings.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Email us from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and confirm by email.

What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name, date of birth and password.
- Your challenges, check-ins, streaks and statistics.
- Your group memberships. A group carries on for its other members, without you.
- Your notification settings and the push tokens of your devices.
What may be kept
Nothing is kept for our own use. Encrypted backups of the database can still contain your data for a short time until they are overwritten, and records we are legally required to keep are retained only for as long as the law requires.
